Wyoming, ON – Search your ancestry records at your local branch library with Ancestry Library Edition. This online searching program, for beginners and advanced genealogists, is available only at your library and cannot be accessed from home without a paid subscription. With approximately 4,000 databases and billions of names, covering the United States and the United Kingdom, it includes census, vital, church, court, and immigration records, as well as record collections from Canada and other areas.

Celebrate Multicultural Day, June 27th, by borrowing from our selection of multilingual materials. Books are available in many languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, German, Gujarati, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Urdu. Children’s books, large print books, CD’s, Videos and DVD’s are also available in some of these languages.
Electronic Database of the Month: Health and Wellness Resource Center. Easily find answers to your most common health questions. You can learn about a disorder such as diabetes, find information on an upcoming medical test, or read about the latest fad diet. Search for health organizations, or look up over-the-counter medication, prescription drugs, and herbs. Access this database through www.lclmg.org and Electronic Databases. A library card barcode is needed.
Please PRE-REGISTER for all programs except those specified as a “DROP-IN” by contacting the individual library. Preschool programs requiring registration are currently underway; however, some branches offer the programs as DROP-INs and welcome all new participants.
