children pre-kindergarten to grade 3, and TumbleBooks. PebbleGo Animals and PebbleGo Earth &
Space databases are simple to navigate and offer key reading supports of
read-along audio and word-by-word highlighting.
TumbleBookLibrary is a collection of interactive stories, games, puzzles
and more. TumbleBooks are created by
taking existing picture books, adding animation, sound, music and
narration. Children can click to turn
the pages or set the story on "auto". A library card is needed to access.
New preschool sessions begin the week
of March 7 at most Lambton libraries.
Tales for Tots is a thirty-minute program designed for children ages one
and two and their caregivers. Story Hour is a one-hour program for the three to
five year old. Included are songs, stories, fingerplays, activities, and crafts
developed to stimulate and create an early interest in reading. Sessions are
generally six-weeks in length. French
Story Hour is also offered at the Alvinston, Corunna, Petrolia and Sarnia libraries. Please contact these libraries for more
