 Camlachie Library Closing to Accommodate Move to New Location
Camlachie, ON – The Camlachie Library is re-locating to a new facility at 6745 Camlachie Road and will open there for the first time on Wednesday, December 14 with regularly scheduled hours from 4 - 8:00 pm. To plan for this re-location, the library will be closed on Saturday, December 10 and Monday, December 12.
During the closure, patrons can return loans by using the drop-off slot at the old library or return them to the new facility on Wednesday. Fines will be waived. Materials can be renewed by contacting other library branches by phone or in person, or by renewing online at www.lclmg.org.
The library's new location is at the former Camlachie United Church. The building has been renovated by the Town of Plympton-Wyoming to accommodate the library in the upper level and a future Cultural Museum in the lower level.
